*twitches* Asian History is evil. Very very evil. More evil than CLAMP for screwing up Subaru and Seishirou. More evil than Nelvana for messing up Cardcaptor Sakura.

How the hell are we supposed to be able to do a good essay in two days?! And another one due the day after the first one?! Our teacher is crazy. She's a nice enough person - but she's crazy when it comes to schoolwork. Her expectations are waaaaay up there, about at college level. And we're only freshmen in highschool! My gosh, even in English class we don't get this many essays! We had two already in this semester! And two more due this week! Am I the only one who thinks that's just plain crazy?! Damnit, we're not supposed to have this many essays - at least not in this small span of time. Even worse is that's there's practically nothing on the topic we're supposed to write about! We're writing about a stupid war over opium. ...Pointless? Definitely. If we're going to write an essay, it should be at least over something meaningful. This is a stupid war where the stupid British fought a war over their own mistake. Sure, I may be biased since I'm Chinese, but still... The British were smuggling opium into China even though they knew China had a law banning it. And then they get mad when the Chinese enforce their law. But then again, humans do stupid things like that all the time anyway, don't they?

Not to mention there's pretty much nothing I can find on the opium wars. The encyclopedia had... a tiny little paragraph on it that told pretty much nothing but the year it occured in, what it was fought over, and the treaty with resulted from it. And the textbook had just about that much too. You would think that if two such 'reliable' sources had deemed it suitable to just put that little bit of information, one would realize it probably wasn't very significant. I would think the treaty after the war was significant... but the war itself was just stupid.

...Then again, most wars are stupid, aren't they? Most of the time, the reasons why they're fought aren't stupid - but the actions taken as a result are.

The only reason why opium has vague interest to me is the fact that Hijikata smokes it. Of course, I wonder how he can be such a good swordsman if all that junk is in his system... Then again, Subaru and Seishirou should have gotten lung cancer long ago. Of course, Subaru may be attempting to commit passive suicide... I wouldn't put it past him.

I'm so frustrated. Does anyone know where I can get mp3s of any songs by a group called Lazy Knack? The only song I have by them is Natsu no Yoru no Yume... *sighs*

But Beyblade today was so cool! Go Kai! ^^ He had a funny face expression in the episode too. Very un-Kai-like. Hm... Come to think of it, I should update my Kai site soon. Dunno what to update though...

I am going to scream. >_< I requested the DN Angel OST off of streamload... and could download every song except one. And guess what, it happened to be the one song I wanted on that whole CD - Dark's image song! What's even more frustrating was that it was exactly 10 MB, and freeloaders could only download less than 10 MB. *whacks head on keyboard* It's. Not. Fair. Does anyone know where I can download it? Or is nice enough to e-mail it to me or send it to me through streamload (as a file less than 10 MB)? *sighs* I might just go out and buy it (if I can find it).

Okay, I'm in a Kai mood. ^^ Just watched the new V-Force episodes yesterday (and I'm watching them again right now). Kai smiled! There was a picture of him smiling!!! ^^ I wanna find a way to get a screencap of that pic!

But I really hate that ugly green uniform they made him wear. It doesn't fit his personality at all!! But he had an earring! An earring! o_0 It actually looks kinda cool. ^^

Just finished watching X... *sighs* Now I feel depressed... *sniffle* Poor Subaru... And poor Seishirou (No! He can't be dead! *nods* Yup, he has to be alive...somewhere...yeah, I'm in denial...)... Typically, I don't support yaoi, but I support Subaru/Seishirou since Subaru probably won't ever be happy unless he's with Seishirou (and Subaru's been through so much that he deserves to finally be happy). Too bad CLAMP had to kill Seishirou off. >_<;; Will they ever let anything good happen to poor Subby-chan? *sighs* And also poor Arashi and Sorata... The two couples I support the most in X just have to end in tragedy... *cries*

I love Yami no Matsuei!!!! ^^ Okay, so there's some yaoi in it (which greatly disturbed me, esp. volume 4), but otherwise, it's such a great series!! *glomps Tsuzuki* Tsuzuki's so adorable... I still like Dark better though (of course). ^^;; I really want to see the anime, but since it's liscensed, I can't find anywhere to get fansubs. >_< *sighs* I wanna read more of the manga too (but I can't find any scanlations past volume 4). Have to go check Shirokiya...

Downloaded Para Para Anime Max 1, 2, and 5. ^^ I was so surprised to find out that the singer who sang White Destiny sang all the songs on there (*sweatdrops* It was certainly...different... to hear her singing the Pokemon theme o_0). I couldn't recognize most of the songs on there... Only could recognize "Catch You Catch Me", "White Destiny", "Just Communication", "Give A Reason", "Successful Mission", the YYH theme, the PKMN theme, and the Evangelion theme. But I can't find the track listings for them (well, I did see it in Japanese, but I can't understand much of it)...

Meanwhile, I'm still looking for a place to download DN Angel 14 from... but can't find anything. >_<;;

Never posted for awhile. ^^;; Anyways, I guess I'll just put stuff that happened in the past couple of days... or weeks...

DN Angel got liscensed!! >_< I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Well, it's good that it'll get a official release here in America and perhaps get more popular (but knowing the DVD companies, it might be awhile before the DVD gets out). But they better not dub it (poor Dark-sama... don't mess him up...). And also since it got liscensed, I can't download it off Bittorrent anymore!! >_< Ack... Couldn't the companay just wait until the episodes finished showing in Japan?! Gr... I'm dying to find out what happens next, and I can't get IRC to work!

Have to check my e-mail... Don't want to...

Summer school ended awhile ago... Now I'm bored. *sigh* Well, the class I had was pretty fun. ^^ It was on animation/anime. 'Course it was kinda boring sometimes too. I wonder when the teacher will mail us our finished class film. He said about 3 or 4 weeks I think... Can't wait...

Where are our class schedules?! School's going to start in 2 or 3 weeks (don't wanna go...) and I still don't know what classes I have. It's not fair. My little brother knows already.

*sighs* Dark wasn't in DN Angel ep. 5. It was funny though ("Daisuki!") and With was so adorable. Never got around to watching Beyblade yet either (taped it but never watched it). I'm trying to download Naruto too, but it's not working! >_< Shirokiya never had any DN Angel manga. *sighs* They have so little manga published by Asuka. And I felt like I was gonna die in swimming yesterday (too many intervals @_@). Hopefully, I won't have to take lessons again next session, 'cause my parents say I can take Akkido (sp?) instead. ^^

Kai is not a complete jerk! *sweatdrops* He is kinda mean sometimes, but still... I think he has a good heart! *sweatdrops* Maybe.

Two of my friends really think he's a jerk! *glares* Kai's just a bit cold hearted (probably because of his evil grandfather *cries* poor Kai...). I think that he just has it around his heart so that he won't get close to anyone so that he won't get hurt. And he is kind-hearted. *sweatdrops* Sort of. Like in that episode when he let Max battle instead of him.

My week has been terrible. First, my computer crashes, losing all the files I had stored in there. Including my Slayers episodes and Inu Yasha episodes. It's going to take me forever to download them again! And then, when we get the computer fixed (we had to get a whole new hard drive), my dad says I can't download anything until we get the computer fully up. Then, I get so much homework, I can't go onto the computer for 2 days. When I can finally get on again, I find out that freeloaders can't beam anymore. *cries* Now, we're fixing the floor in the first level of my house, so I probably won't be able to go on the computer for another 2 or 3 days. And then the 56kers community is closing for awhile (and of course, I think definitely are doing the right thing by closing it for awhile. They definitly deserve to have a rest.). Now I feel so guilty... Yes, I did have multiple accounts (*sniffle* Can't believe I'm writing this. Now everybody's going to get all mad at me...). But I stopped using them about a month ago, but I just left them there, so now I'm trying to figure out how to delete them... *sighs* I got so tired today 'cause the swimming teacher sub I had today never gave us any rest, until we did intervals. And this morning I found out that I somehow missed any episode of Beyblade, which got me really confused since I thought that new episodes only played at 7. I guess they suddenly decided to play a new episode at 5:30.

At least I have Inu Yasha and Yu Yu Hakusho to look forward to tonight...
